Some days earlier, Apple launched their second-generation wireless AirPods 2 with a notable upgrade over the previous ten AirPods. The new AirPods is currently available in the US only.
Airpods are the best products from Apple and their fantasy design and their slick, intuitive user experience have won fans worldwide. But AirPods was launched in 2016 and was long overdue for an update.

What’s the difference between Apple New AirPods 2 vs AirPods
The new Airpods comes up with a more powerful chip and it has updated wireless features and a wireless charging case.
Design
Both Apple Airpods look exactly similar and both the models are white and have the same Marmite look.

There is a charging case other than getting wireless capability and you can see a small difference with the charging light now sitting upfront.

Performance
The new earbuds are powered by the new H1 chip, which replaces the proprietary W1 chip in the original AirPods. Apple says is up to two times faster when switching between active devices.
With the H1 chip, the New Airpods 2 will pair faster as compared to the first, have 30% lower latency (great for gamers). It will also switch devices twice as fast and boost talk time by 50%.
Wireless charging case
Apple has made a small change in the new earbuds where you can see a small difference with the charging light now sitting upfront. The wireless AirPods case can be charged on any Qi-compatible charging mat.
Siri
In the first generation of earbuds, you will have to double-tap the earbuds for talking to Siri. But now, iOS users will easily be able to activate Siri using voice.
You will only have to say “Hey Siri” to activate the voice assistant. This change is too good and this sounds good.
Battery Life
As i have already said, AirPods 2 comes up with a new H1 chip so it also improves the battery life of new AirPods. The new earbuds improve only on Talktime offering 3 hours as opposed to the previous 2 hours.

- Wireless Charging Case (sold separately) – $79 (£79)
In India, the new Apple AirPods 2 will be available this Spring. The Price of a normal charging case will be available at Rs 14,900 in India and the wireless charging case will cost Rs 18,900.
Also, the wireless charging case will be available at Rs 7,500 only.
