You can find a new thing that they have modified their APT implementation to support https-to-http downgrades. Now Parrot 4.6 redirect mirrors to https mirrors when it is available. When it is not available, it will help to download packages by fallback http mirrors and the APT will verify the signatures every-time. So this is a great new update in Parrot 4.6.
In this update Linux 4.19 kernel added Parrot 4.6 which contains several security patches, performance improvements and a better hardware support. You will also find that drivers of Nvidia are updated to the latest 410 version with better Quadro support. They have made announcement to give better OpenVPN support in their latest update.
